Video uploads
- No Brainer Plus, Enterprise and free trial: up to 5 GB per video.
- Other plans: up to 2 GB per video.
- When you upload many videos at once, each file must be under 4 GB.
- Thumbnails can be up to 1 MB.
FreshLearn does not limit total storage or video hours on any plan.
Team users
Add team users in Settings → Admin Settings → Users Details → Add User. The account owner is not counted.
- Free and Pro: no team users.
- No Brainer: 3 team users.
- No Brainer Plus and free trial: 7 team users.
- Enterprise: 20 team users.

Can I download my videos or export a course?
No. Videos you have uploaded cannot be downloaded back from FreshLearn, and a course cannot be exported or downloaded. Keep your original files. To reuse a course inside FreshLearn, clone it, or clone a module or chapter.
