Can FreshLearn track CE credits and contact hours?
Yes. Assign a credit value to each course and FreshLearn tracks what every learner has earned. Each learner gets a running record of courses completed, credits earned, assessment scores, and certificates issued, which you can export for reporting or an audit at any time.
Can I require learners to complete an assessment before earning credit?
Yes. Add a graded post-test with a minimum passing score, limit the number of attempts, and randomize questions from a larger bank. Credit and the certificate are only released once the learner passes.
Can I enforce required watch time or seat time?
Yes. Lock lesson completion until the learner has actually watched the required duration, so completion reflects real seat time rather than a skipped video. This is what most accrediting bodies expect as evidence.
Are the certificates verifiable?
Every certificate is serialized with a unique ID and carries your branding. Recipients can share them, and licensing boards or employers can verify them independently. Certificates issue automatically the moment a learner meets your completion rules.
Can I handle different credit rules for different states or boards?
Yes. You can publish the same course with different credit values and completion rules per jurisdiction, and report on each separately.
