The Bookings section gives admins and coaches a centralized view of all scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions. From here, you can monitor upcoming bookings, join coaching sessions, reschedule appointments, or cancel sessions while keeping members informed through automatic email notifications.
Access Coaching Bookings
- Navigate to Products.
- Select Coaching.
- Open the coaching program you want to manage.
- Click Bookings.
View Coaching Schedule
In the Bookings section, coaches can view:
- All scheduled coaching sessions in their own time zone
- Total enrolled members
- Number of booked sessions
- Pending sessions
- An overview of upcoming coaching sessions
This provides a clear snapshot of the coaching schedule and upcoming workload.
Join a Coaching Session
When it's time for a scheduled session, simply click Join from the Bookings page to enter the coaching session.
Reschedule a Coaching Session
If a session needs to be moved:
- Select the member's booking.
- Choose Reschedule.
- Update the session details and save the changes.
The member will automatically receive an email notification with the updated session information.
Cancel a Coaching Session
To cancel a coaching session:
- Select the member's booking.
- Click Cancel.
- Enter the reason for cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation.
The cancellation reason will be visible to the member, and they'll have the option to rebook the coaching session if needed.
Automatic Member Notifications
Whenever a coaching session is rescheduled or cancelled, FreshLearn automatically sends an email notification to the member, ensuring they stay informed about any changes to their booking.
