How to Create a 1:1 Coaching Program

FreshLearn makes it easy to create personalized one-on-one coaching programs for your learners. You can configure session details, choose how meetings are conducted, control program visibility, and organize your coaching sessions with agendas and resources.

Create a Coaching Program

1. Navigate to Products.
2. Select Coaching.
3. Click Create Program.

Fill in the following details:

• Program Title – Enter a name for your coaching program.
• Coach – Select the coach who will conduct the sessions.
• Default Session Length – Choose the preferred duration for each session.
• Description – Add a brief overview of your coaching program.

Configure Session Settings

Choose where your coaching sessions will take place:

• Zoom
• Custom Meeting Link (such as Google Meet)
• In Person

If you're using an online meeting platform, add the meeting link in the designated field.

Next, choose the program visibility:

• Public – Anyone can view and enroll in the coaching program.
• Private – The program is accessible only through invitation.

You can also upload a thumbnail image to represent your coaching program.

Once you've entered all the required information, click Save to create the program.

Add Coaching Sessions

After creating the program, you can start adding individual coaching sessions.

1. Click Add First Session.
2. Enter a Session Title.
3. Add a Session Agenda to help members understand what will be covered.
4. Attach any resource files if required.
5. Click Save Session.

Add More Sessions

To create additional sessions:

1. Click Add Session.
2. Enter the session title.
3. Add the session agenda.
4. Confirm the session duration.
5. Click Save Session.

Repeat these steps until your coaching program includes all the sessions you want to offer.
