Access Coaching Reports
- Navigate to Reports.
- You can access coaching reports from two sections:
- Enrollment Overview
- Course Performance
View Coaching Enrollment Overview
- In Reports, click Enrollment Overview.
- Select Coaching.
Here, you can view details such as:
- Coaching program name
- Number of enrolled members
- Sessions sold
- Booked sessions
- Unbooked sessions
To view more details, click on a coaching program.
The detailed report includes:
- Member name
- Email address
- Plan type
- Sessions not yet booked
- Upcoming sessions
- Enrollment date
View Coaching Performance
Navigate to Course Performance and open Coaching Performance.
This report provides insights including:
- Coaching program name
- Coach name
- Members who haven't booked sessions
- Average time taken to book a session
- Attendance status
You can also use filters to switch between coaches and review performance for individual coaches.
View Cancellations and No-Shows
Within the Coaching Performance section, open Cancellations and No Shows.
Here, you can track:
- Attended sessions
- Cancelled sessions
- Rescheduled sessions
- No-show sessions
- Calendar usage
You can search the report by coach name to quickly find specific coaching data.
Export Coaching Reports
If you need to analyze your coaching data outside of FreshLearn, you can download the reports as a CSV file for further reporting and analysis.
