FreshLearn makes it easy to create flexible pricing plans for your one-on-one coaching programs. You can offer free or paid sessions, collect additional information during checkout, enable coupons, allow gifting, and publish multiple pricing options for your clients.
Create a Pricing Plan
- Navigate to Products.
- Select Coaching.
- Open your coaching program.
- Go to the Pricing section.
- Click Add Plan.
Configure Your Pricing
Choose the type of pricing you want to offer:
- Free
- Paid
For a paid plan:
- Select One-Time Payment.
- Enter the price for your coaching session.
- Optionally add a strikethrough price to display a discounted offer.
- Set the plan as the default pricing plan if you'd like it to be selected automatically at checkout.
Customize the Checkout Page
You can personalize the checkout experience by adding:
- A thumbnail image
- A custom title
- A description
- Additional product information
Collect Additional Information
If you need more details from your clients during checkout, you can enable additional fields such as:
- Date of Birth
- Address
- Other custom fields you've created
The selected fields will automatically appear on the checkout page.
Configure Additional Checkout Options
You can also enable the following features:
- Coupon Codes to offer discounts
- Gift This Session to allow coaching sessions to be purchased as gifts
- Terms and Conditions Agreement to require clients to accept your terms before completing their purchase
Preview and Publish
- Click Save after configuring your pricing plan.
- Preview the checkout page to review the customer experience.
- Publish your coaching program to make it available for purchase.
Add Multiple Pricing Plans
If you'd like to offer additional pricing options, click Add Plan. You can create up to five pricing plans for a single coaching program, giving clients more flexibility when choosing a plan.
