FreshLearn now allows both admins and members to receive WhatsApp notifications along with email updates. Here’s how you can enable this feature for admins and members.

For Admins: Enabling WhatsApp Notifications
- Go to → Settings → Admin Notifications
- Click on the WhatsApp tab.
- Enter the WhatsApp number where you want to receive notifications.
- Click Verify (it may take up to 5 minutes for verification).
- Once verified, you will see a green check mark next to your number.
Admin Notifications Include:
- New enrollments
- Payment confirmations
- Course completion updates
- Other key actions
For Members: Enabling WhatsApp Notifications
Step 1: Collect Members' WhatsApp Numbers at Checkout
- Go to Courses → Select a Course → Pricing
- Click on Additional Fields
- Enable "Collect Customer Phone Number" and mark it as mandatory
- Click Save
This ensures that members provide their WhatsApp number during checkout.
Step 2: Enable Member WhatsApp Notifications
- Go to → Settings → Member Notifications
- Click on WhatsApp Notifications
- Enable/Disable notifications for:
- Course enrollments
- Digital downloads
- Product bundles
- Other key actions
