FreshLearn allows you to create customizable forms to collect information from potential customers and grow your audience. You can choose from ready-made templates or build a form from scratch, publish it, and connect it to your landing page or any external website.

Here is the step by step video

Step 1: Create a Form

  1. Navigate to Marketing in your FreshLearn dashboard.
  2. Click Forms.
  3. Select Create a Form.

You'll find several ready-made templates, including newsletter sign-ups, webinar registrations, and event registrations. You can also choose to create a form from scratch.

For this walkthrough, we'll use the newsletter sign-up template.

Step 2: Customize Your Form Fields

Once you select a template, you can customize the form using the options available on the left side of the screen.

You can add fields such as:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number

Select the fields you want to include in your form. You can also mark specific fields as Required to ensure users provide the necessary information before submitting the form.

Step 3: Personalize the Form Design

FreshLearn provides several customization options to help you match the form to your brand and requirements.

You can customize:

  • Social Proof: Add social proof elements to build trust.
  • Button Text: Change the text displayed on the submission button.
  • Thank You Screen: Customize the message displayed after successful submission.
  • Privacy Policy: Add your privacy policy terms.
  • Branding: Add your logo and customize the page title and description.
  • Shareable Image: Set an image for sharing your form.
  • Theme and Colors: Adjust the button background color, card colors, and other visual elements.

After making your changes, preview both the form and its success view to ensure everything looks as expected.

Step 4: Publish Your Form

Once you're satisfied with the form:

  1. Click Publish to make it live.
  2. Copy the published form link.

You can now use this link on your landing page or any external website.

Step 5: Add the Form to Your Landing Page

To connect the form to your landing page:

  1. Open the landing page where you want to add the form.
  2. Select the existing button you want to use, such as Subscribe Now.
  3. Paste the published form link into the button's link settings.
  4. Save your changes.

Visit the live landing page and click the button to test the setup. You'll be redirected to the form page, where visitors can enter their details and click Subscribe to submit the form.

You can also use the published form link on other external websites.

Step 6: Review Form Responses and Performance

After publishing your form and collecting submissions, you can review the results from the Forms section in FreshLearn.

The form analytics allow you to track metrics such as:

  • Total views
  • Total responses
  • Conversions
  • Number of new members

You can also review the details submitted by individual respondents.

View a Member's Profile

To access a respondent's profile, click View Profile next to their details. This will take you directly to their member area.

Export Form Data or Edit Your Form

You can also:

  • Export Data: Download your form data for further analysis.
  • Edit Form: Make changes to your existing form whenever needed.

Conclusion
