Regional Pricing in FreshLearn allows you to customize your pricing based on your members' locations. By enabling this feature, you can offer country-specific prices and display the appropriate currency at checkout, creating a more convenient payment experience for your members.

Step 1: Enable Regional Pricing
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Payment Settings.
- Click Regional Pricing.
- Enable the Regional Pricing feature.
- Select the countries for which you want to customize pricing, such as the United Kingdom and Japan.
- Click Save to apply your selections.
Once enabled, members will see the applicable currency based on their location.
Step 2: Configure Regional Pricing for a Course
After enabling regional pricing, open the course for which you want to customize the pricing.
You will see the global pricing plan, which remains available to members across countries. You can also configure specific pricing plans for the countries you selected.
Set Pricing for the United Kingdom
- Open the relevant payment plan.
- Select GBP (British Pound) as the currency.
- Enter the price you want to offer to members in the United Kingdom.
- Save your changes.
Set Pricing for Japan
- Open the relevant payment plan.
- Select JPY (Japanese Yen) as the currency.
- Enter your desired price for members in Japan.
- Save your changes.
Repeat these steps for any other supported countries where you want to offer customized pricing.
Step 3: Verify Regional Pricing at Checkout
After configuring your regional prices, you can verify that the correct currency appears at checkout.
- Open the course and copy its checkout page link.
- Open the checkout page and switch your location to Japan. The price should appear in JPY.
- Switch your location to the United Kingdom. The price should update to GBP.
This allows you to confirm that your regional pricing settings are applied correctly.
