Understanding Sales Reports

FreshLearn's Sales Reports help you keep track of all your financial transactions and membership activities with detailed filters and insights. This feature ensures that you have complete visibility into your revenue, payment methods, coupon redemptions, and taxes.

Accessing Your Sales Reports

1. Login to your FreshLearn account.
2. Navigate to the Sales section.
3. Click on Payments to view the transaction list.

Payments Overview

In the Payments tab, you can view:

1. Course Name
2. Member Name & Email
3. Amount Paid
4. Payment Method
5. Platform Used
6. Purchase Status

You can also apply filters to narrow down the data:

1. Filter by specific courses

3. Filter by transaction types

Subscriptions

Under the Subscriptions tab, you’ll see all membership purchases with:

1. Product name
2. Amount paid
3. Payment status

Tax Reports

If you're using Stripe’s automated tax calculation, the relevant tax information for each transaction will be available under the Tax tab.

Coupon Reports

The Coupon Code section shows details of transactions made using discounts:
