How to Access Tax Reports

  • Go to your FreshLearn Dashboard.
  • Navigate to Reports.
  • Click on Financial and Transaction Reports.
  • Select Tax Report.

What You Can View in the Tax Report

In this section, you’ll be able to see detailed information about tax collected from each transaction:

  • Member Details: Name and email address of the buyer.
  • Product Name: This could be a course, product bundle, etc.
  • Amount: The total transaction amount.
  • Tax Collected: The specific tax charged for the transaction.
  • Billing Country & State: Geographic details from the billing address.
  • Zip Code: The postal code used at checkout.
  • Payment Date: When the payment was successfully processed.

Search and Filter Options

  • Use the search bar to find tax details for a specific member.
  • Click on Filter to sort the data by:

  • Date range or year
