Creating and Customising Email Templates

Email templates are a great way to streamline your email marketing efforts. They can be used for email campaigns, sequences, or default emails.

Here is a detailed step-by-step video.

Step 1: Access Email Templates

  1. Navigate to the Marketing section on FreshLearn.
  2. Click on Email Templates.
  3. Select New Template to begin creating a new email template.

Step 2: Choose a Template Option

You have two options:

  1. Select an Existing Template: Choose a pre-designed template and customize it to suit your needs.
  2. Start from Scratch: Select a blank template to build your email from the ground up.

Step 3: Structure Your Email Template

  1. Add Content Blocks: Drag and drop content blocks such as imagestextbuttonsvideos, or countdown timers into your template.

Step 4: Personalize Your Email

  1. Use Custom feilds and add personalization such as First NameMember verification URL, or Member Portal URL etc.
  2. Video: Insert a video block and add your video content.
  3. Repetitive Sections: If you have sections that repeat across multiple emails, save them as modules for easy reuse.

Step 6: Save Your Template

  1. Once you’ve finished designing your email template, click Save Template.
  2. All saved templates will be available under the My Templates section for future use.

  • Use personalization to make your emails more engaging.
  • Test your email template to ensure it displays correctly across different devices and email clients.
