How to Access the Certificate Verification Page
- Navigate to Library.
- Select Certificate Templates.
- Click Share Verification Page.
- Open the generated link to access the Certificate Verification page.
Enable Certificate Numbers
Before verifying certificates, make sure certificate numbers are enabled.
- Go to your Certificate.
- Open the Personalization section.
- Enable the Show Certificate Number option.
This ensures that every certificate generated for your members includes a unique certificate identification number.
How to Verify a Certificate
- Ask the members to provide their certificate number.
- To locate the certificate number, the learner can:
- Log in to the Member Portal.
- Navigate to Achievements.
- Open the certificate by clicking View.
- Copy the certificate number provided by the member.
- Paste the certificate number into the Certificate Number field on the Verification Page.
- Click Verify Certificate.
The system will instantly confirm whether the certificate is valid.
Verify Another Certificate
To check additional certificates:
- Click Verify Another.
- Enter the new certificate number.
- Click Verify Certificate again.
