Steps to Create and Enable a Masterclass Certificate
- Navigate to Products --> Masterclass.
- Open the masterclass for which you want to create a certificate.
- Go to the Certificate section.
Choose a Certificate Design
You can create your certificate using one of the following options:
- Select a design from the available certificate templates.
- Create a custom certificate using HTML.
- Choose a template from your Certificate Library.
Customize Your Certificate
After selecting a template, you can personalize it by:
- Adding custom text
- Uploading signatures
- Adding your logo
- Choosing theme colors that match your brand
Once you've finished customizing the certificate, click Save to apply your changes.
Enable the Certificate
- In the Certificate section, click the Enable option.
- The certificate is now active and ready for your learners.
How Members Access Their Certificates
Once a member completes the masterclass, their certificate will automatically be generated.
To view the certificate:
- Log in to the Member Portal.
- Navigate to Achievements.
- Select Masterclass.
- Click View Certificate.
Members can also download their certificates to save, print, or share as needed.
