Steps to Bulk Upload Members to a Product Bundle
Step 1: Prepare the Google Sheet
1. Open Google Sheets
2. Add the following mandatory columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Product Bundle ID
- Plan ID
- Purchase Date

Step 2: Find the Product Bundle ID & Plan ID
1. Find Product Bundle ID
- Go to Admin Dashboard → Products → Product Bundles
- Click on the Product Bundle
- Copy the Product Bundle ID from under the bundle name
2. Find Plan ID
- Under Pricing, locate the Plan ID
- Copy and paste it into your sheet
3. Enter the Purchase Date in the correct format
Step 3: Upload the CSV File to FreshLearn
1. Download the Google Sheet as CSV
- Click File → Download → CSV format
2. Go to Admin Dashboard → Members
3. Click Bulk Upload
4. Select the CSV file and click Upload
Step 4: Map Fields & Save
1. Map the column headings in your file with FreshLearn fields:
- First Name → First Name
- Last Name → Last Name
- Email → Email
- Product Bundle ID → Product Bundle ID
- Plan ID → Plan ID
