Steps to Bulk Upload Members
Step 1: Prepare the Google Sheet
1. Open Google Sheets
2. Add the mandatory fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
3. (Optional) Add additional fields like Phone Number or Location
4. Fill in the details for all members
5. Click on File → Download → CSV format

Step 2: Upload the CSV File to FreshLearn
1. Go to the Admin Dashboard
2. Navigate to Members
3. Click on Bulk Upload
4. Select the CSV file
5. Click Upload
Step 3: Map the Fields & Save
