Track User Logins and Monitor Login Locations

Tracking user logins is essential for maintaining account security and monitoring user activity within your system. The new login tracking feature allows you to view which users have logged in, how many times, and from which locations. This helps you identify unusual login patterns and prevent unauthorized access. Monitoring login locations can help you detect and address suspicious activity promptly.

To track user logins and monitor login locations

1. Go to the Reports section in your application.

The reports dashboard appears, displaying available report categories.

2. Select Login and Activity from the list of report options.

The Login and Activity report opens, showing a list of all users who have logged in.

Note: Each user entry displays the number of times they have logged in.

3. (Optional) Click on a specific user in the list to view detailed login information.

A detailed view appears, showing the locations from which the user has logged in (e.g., Tempeh, Arizona).

Note: This allows you to monitor login locations and identify any discrepancies.

4. Review the login locations for each user.

You can identify unusual or suspicious login activity and take action to block further access if necessary.

Important: Regularly monitoring login activity helps prevent multiple or unauthorized logins.
