Uploading and publishing a SCORM product allows you to deliver interactive learning modules within your course platform. This process involves adding product details, uploading your SCORM package, setting up pricing, and previewing the member experience. Following these steps ensures your SCORM content is properly configured and accessible to learners.
To upload and publish a SCORM product
1. Navigate to the Products section under Courses.
The product management interface appears, showing available course products and the SCORM section.
- Click Add SCORM in the SCORM section
The SCORM product creation form opens.
3. Enter the basic details for your SCORM product.
a. Fill in the Title field.
b. Provide a Description.
c. (Optional) Upload a Thumbnail Image.
The product details are recorded for your SCORM item.
Note: Adding a thumbnail helps users visually identify your SCORM product.
4. Set the visibility for your SCORM product.
Toggle the visibility setting to choose Public or Private.
The SCORM product will be accessible according to your chosen visibility.
5. Click Save Changes.
Your SCORM product details are saved, and you are directed to the Curriculum section.
6. In the Curriculum section, click Upload to add your SCORM package.
The Package section opens for SCORM file upload.
7. Add your SCORM package as a zip file.
a. Ensure your SCORM file version is 1.2 or 2004 compliant.
b. Confirm the file is saved as a zip file.
The system is ready to accept your SCORM package.
Important: Only SCORM 1.2 or 2004 zip files are supported.
8. Click Browse File and select your zip file.
The selected SCORM package appears in the upload field.
Note: Double-check that you have selected the correct file before proceeding.
9. Click Power Package to upload your SCORM package.
The SCORM package is uploaded and added to your product.
10. Select the newly added SCORM package.
The package is now linked to your product curriculum.
11. Click Create Pricing Plan.
The pricing plan setup screen appears.
12. Add your preferred pricing plan for the SCORM product.
Choose Free, One-time Payment, or Recurring Payment.
13. Publish your SCORM product.
The product becomes available for members according to your visibility and pricing settings.
14. Return to the Curriculum section to view your SCORM file organized into chapters.
The curriculum displays how your SCORM content is structured for learners.
15. Preview your SCORM product as a member.
a. Click Preview to see the member’s view of the SCORM content.
b. Members can access the content and navigate between chapters.
