View and Analyze Enrollment Reports
Enrollment reports provide comprehensive insights into student engagement and digital product usage. Reviewing these reports helps you monitor course progress, certificate issuance, and digital product performance. Regularly analyzing enrollment data can help identify trends and areas for improvement in your offerings.
To view and analyze enrollment reports
1. Navigate to Reports in your platform’s main menu.
The Reports section opens, displaying available report categories.
2. Select Enrollment and Performance Reports.
A list of enrollment-related reports appears.
3. Click on Enrollment Overview.
The Enrollment Overview page displays overall enrollment data for each digital product.
Note: This overview includes courses, master classes, digital downloads, and product bundles.
4. Review the summary data for each course.
You can view the course name, total enrollments, total student watch time, certificates issued, and the average completion rate for each course.
5. (Optional) Select a specific course to view detailed enrollment information.
The course details page displays each member’s name, email address, enrollment date, course completion percentage, completion date, and any course expiry information.
6. (Optional) Click the relevant icons to review chapter completion data for students.
You can see which chapters a student hasn’t finished.
Note: This helps identify students who may need additional support or reminders.
7. (Optional) Mark chapters as complete on behalf of a student if needed.
The selected chapters are updated to show as completed for the student.
Important: Only mark chapters as complete if you have verified the student’s progress or have received a valid request.
8. (Optional) Access detailed reports for master classes by selecting the relevant product.
The reporting interface displays similar enrollment and completion data for master classes.
9. (Optional) For digital downloads, review the total number of downloads and see how many members have purchased each item.
The report lists each digital download product with corresponding download and purchase data.
10. (Optional) Access detailed reporting for product bundles.
The reporting interface provides enrollment and purchase data for each bundle.
