Create a Cohort-Based Course
- Navigate to Products.
- Select Courses.
- Click Create Course.
- Choose Start Building Manually.
- Select Cohort as the course type.
Configure Your Cohort
Enter the basic details for your cohort:
- Course title
- Course description
- Start date
- End date
- Maximum number of participants
- Course thumbnail image
After entering the required information, click Save Changes.
Add Chapters and Learning Content
Open Chapter 1 by clicking Edit.
For each chapter, you can add:
- In-person sessions
- Virtual meeting links
- Zoom meeting links
After adding the meeting details, set the:
- Meeting start date and time
- Meeting end date and time
Click Publish to save the chapter.
You can continue creating additional chapters and modules as needed.
Add Different Types of Content
Your cohort can include a variety of learning materials, including:
- Videos
- Audio files
- Documents
- Embedded content
- Quizzes
- Assignments
To add a video lesson:
- Select the video content type.
- Upload your pre-recorded video.
- Click Publish.

Configure Pricing
Once your content is ready:
- Navigate to the Pricing section.
- Click Add Plan.
- Select your preferred pricing model:
- Free

Your pricing plan is now configured.
Publish Your Cohort
After completing the course setup:
- Click Publish.
- FreshLearn generates a unique enrollment link for your cohort.
Copy this link to share your cohort with prospective learners.
How Members Enroll
When learners open the enrollment link, they'll be taken to the cohort checkout page.
From there, they can:
- Complete the enrollment process.
- Log in to their account if they're an existing member.
- Access the cohort from their Member Dashboard after enrolling.
