FreshLearn has introduced a new Stripe connection method that allows you to authorize FreshLearn directly from your Stripe account. If you’re already using Stripe with FreshLearn, you can switch to the new connection method without changing your existing Stripe account.
How to Switch to the New Stripe Connection
- Go to Settings.
- Select Payment Settings.
- Select Stripe.
- Click Switch to Connect.
- You’ll be redirected to the Stripe login page.
- Log in to Stripe and select the same Stripe account you currently use with FreshLearn.
- Click Connect.
Your existing Stripe account will now be connected using the new connection method.
Important: Select the Same Stripe Account
Make sure you select the same Stripe account that is currently connected to FreshLearn.
If you select a different Stripe account, your existing pricing plans will remain associated with the previous Stripe account. In that case, you’ll need to resave your existing pricing plans.
When you connect the same Stripe account, your existing:
- Payments
- Products
- Prices
- Subscriptions
will continue as usual.
Enable Automatic Tax Collection
If you want to collect taxes automatically, enable the Tax toggle in your Stripe settings.
Access Your Stripe Dashboard
You can open your Stripe dashboard directly from FreshLearn using the option available in your Stripe settings.
Disconnect Your Stripe Account
You can disconnect your Stripe account at any time by going to your Stripe settings and clicking Disconnect Account.
