  • A list of members using the AI
  • The number of questions asked by each member
  • Individual chat interactions and conversations

This allows you to better understand learner behavior and identify areas where additional course content may be needed.

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 90 days

These filters provide flexibility when analyzing trends and engagement patterns over time.

Monitor Indexing Health

The Indexing Health section helps you identify content that may not have been processed successfully.

Failure

A Failure status indicates that the AI was unable to understand or process the content correctly.

Stuck

A Stuck status indicates that the AI was unable to start or complete video processing.

Common causes include:

  • Long loading times
  • Missed video detection
  • Unclear transcripts
  • Processing timeouts

Retry Failed or Stuck Content

For items marked as Failure or Stuck:

  1. Locate the affected content.
  2. Click Retry.

Retrying gives the system another opportunity to successfully analyze and index the video.
