Migrating from Teachable to Freshlearn

I am in the process if migrating my online school from Teachable to Freshlearn. So far the experience has been seamless. Customer support has been available throughout and easily accessible.

Getting Support is so easy!

FreshLearn took care of my migration, bringing over all of the modules of my course from another platform as well as my subscribers. When I'm stuck figuring something out, scheduling a support call is so easy! Rahul explains and shows how the system works.

Customer Service is the most important thing.

I have signed up for another year with Freshlearn. I like the software, but I really appreciate the customer service. Every time I have had an issue or a question and have contacted them, they respond right away, email me from support if there is an issue.

Great product and support.

I really like using freshlearn and the effort they put in to get it as I want. Before, I used a way more expensive option, which was actually too much overkill for what I needed. I recommend this to everyone who looks for a great platform at an affordable cost

I love this product

I love this product. So easy to use and has lots of improvements since my first use. Great customer service too. I feel it was designed to be user friendly for non techy online entrepreneurs yet has so many features you'll need to scale your business.

FreshLearn is a great platform

FreshLearn is a great platform for launching an online course, for easy to setup and integrate with Stripe/Paypal and custom domain. They also don't charge extra transaction fees which is a big reason why I choose them over other options out there.

Excellect Support on Very Short Notice

The support appointment was scheduled on very short notice. Tech support was very knowledgeable, kind and inviting to the student who was struggling with using the platform. The situation was resolved and all of the students' questions were answered.

Website Migration made easy

The Freshlearn team has been a huge help with our website and course migration. The migration team was able to work within out timeline to transition everything over and ensure that the website was exactly like we wanted. Since the migration, Teja and the tech team have been extremely supportive and have walked me through all aspects of the sites.

From start to finish, the customer service is on point! Jean was friendly and answered all my questions which made it easy for me to decide to migrate over to Freshlearn. They had my site up and running two days sooner than promised which is another HUGE win!

The site is easy to navigate and use. Course creation and sales pages are all in one site, eliminating the need for multiple pages or even a domain. The support team is outstanding, readily available to help 1-on-1 through any issues you might have.

Being able to book a live help call and see a real person fix the issue I had is what makes the support so good. A great product and service that supports us every step of the way.

Easing the novelty

First onboarding call with Freshlearn team: a situation full of anxiety, because it is new, because it means a change, because it may mean troubles to settle everything ok... But the call was a great relief! We very easily settled my acount to receive payments and see the basics to launch a course.

Knocks Thinkific out of the park

Knocks Thinkific out of the park! I was with Thinkific for two years, but was unhappy with their pricing and levels of support. Freshlearn is one-third the cost, and with way better customer support and video chat to fix things.

I'm extremely happy with the product…

I'm extremely happy with the product and the service. I evaluated several learning platforms, including some learning Wordpress plugins and Freshlearn was the definite winner.

The Support Staff are the Best

The Suport Staff are the Best! They are knowledgeable and helpfull. They are also kind and forgiving of us with less knowledge. I feel that Raghu and Tega are my friends. Nice feeling when confused about the technicalities of the Fresh Learn site. Gives me hope.
