Amusement Parks On Fire Musical Band
What comes to your mind when you hear the term amusement parks on fire? Is it the musical band or amusement parks that have been burnt? Quite frankly, I didn't know about amusement parks on fire as a musical band until I performed a Google search recently. The information I found was quite interesting.
Michael Feerick a young talent has come forward to show his colors off in the musical arena with his self- titled debut album which was released few years back. Ever since, fans have loomed around amusement parks on fire with undying interest about their genre of music that captures the soul and shakes the walls.
Michael got in to the music business at quite a young age. He's been obsessed with playing ever since he was 15 when his parents moved in to Nottingham from Manchester. It was then that he met a man at a local music industry convention who later became amusement parks on fire's manager. Feerick was a lucky kid because the manager vouched to get him some solo deals but ended up spending off his own pocket to record demos. It is during this time that Feerick was able to show his colors in the full spectrum. His idea of demos was not taped music. He ended up recording 9 fully fledged songs for which he musically contributed by playing all the instruments, himself.
The word spread across quite soon. Fans started gathering over this newly found talent. It was a real achievement for Michael, who was based in UK to be able to attract American audience. Ever since then, the journey has been rocky for the band. As of 2009, Michael Feerick contributes with vocals and guitar while Daniel Knowles, Michael's all time good friend, takes over production and guitar. Peter Dale sits at drums while Gavin Poole contributes with bass and vocals. Joe Hardy adds harmonizing sounds with the keyboard, guitars and vocals.
Although Michael says that his first album is nothing up to his satisfaction, many music critics agree that Michael has inborn talent. Although the first album may not have been as perfect as that of a Grammy Award winner's Michael's contribution to the world of music seems promising. For anyone who wants to get lost in music with stumbling new sounds, I'd definitely recommend amusement parks on fire.
